Shipping and returns

Delivery
We offer a two-man delivery service at a flat rate of £60 (mainland UK). After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. A team member will call you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery, you'll receive an accurate time slot.

Delivery Attempts
We charge an additional £50 for each subsequent delivery attempt if the fault is not ours. Please provide 5 working days' notice to postpone. Redirection fee of up to £50 applies if you change address after dispatch.

Returns
We are not responsible for property damages during delivery – it's at your discretion. Damages or expenses are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Area
Standard deliveries within UK mainland only. We do not deliver to: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (parts), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, or anywhere outside the UK.

Waiting Periods
Delivery takes 3-7 days from dispatch. Some items (e.g., certain beds) have longer waiting periods.

Product care

Beds: Vacuum fabric weekly. Blot spills – don't rub. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Mattresses: Rotate every 3 months. Use a protector. Air out weekly. Never bend or fold.

Wood: Wipe with soft dry cloth. Avoid chemicals and moisture.

Ottoman: Don't overfill. Keep mechanism clean.

All measurements are as true as can be, but with the beds being handmade bespoke to order each individual bed will be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and allow for slight tolerances.

 At KingsmanLiving we offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of £60, however this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders.

Upon placing your order for your luxury bed you will receive a confirmation email instantly. A member of the team will pick up the order form and you shall receive a courtesy call to arrange a delivery date within 24 hours of placing the order. The order will then be sent through the manufacturing process, once it is ready to be dispatched we will then call you the day before the arranged delivery date to give you an accurate time slot

You will then receive your wonderful new luxury product delivered by our expert team
