    All Kingsman Living products are typically manufactured and delivered within 5–7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update. If you need help, please contact our team.

    Do you deliver all over the UK?

    Yes, we offer delivery across the UK. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us before placing your order.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Deliveries are usually made on working days only. Public holiday deliveries may be limited depending on availability.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    As most of our products are made to order, next-day delivery is not available. We aim to deliver within 5–7 working days.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Yes, we recommend someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for larger items such as beds and mattresses.

    Do you offer assembly?

    Yes, assembly can be selected as a delivery option when placing your order.

    Can I customise my bed?

    Yes, we specialise in bespoke, made-to-measure beds. You can customise size, fabric, storage, headboard height and more. For fully custom designs, please contact our specialist team.

    Can I choose different fabrics and colors?

    Yes, once you select a fabric, colour options will be available for you to choose from.
