Delivery
We offer a two-man delivery service at a flat rate of £60 (mainland UK). After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. A team member will call you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery, you'll receive an accurate time slot.
Delivery Attempts
We charge an additional £50 for each subsequent delivery attempt if the fault is not ours. Please provide 5 working days' notice to postpone. Redirection fee of up to £50 applies if you change address after dispatch.
Returns
We are not responsible for property damages during delivery – it's at your discretion. Damages or expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Area
Standard deliveries within UK mainland only. We do not deliver to: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (parts), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, or anywhere outside the UK.
Waiting Periods
Delivery takes 3-7 days from dispatch. Some items (e.g., certain beds) have longer waiting periods.
Beds: Vacuum fabric weekly. Blot spills – don't rub. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Mattresses:Â Rotate every 3 months. Use a protector. Air out weekly. Never bend or fold.
Wood:Â Wipe with soft dry cloth. Avoid chemicals and moisture.
Ottoman:Â Don't overfill. Keep mechanism clean.
